Obama is a Golf Goers

President Barack Obama plays golf 32 times since taking office, more often than his predecessor, George W. Bush.

Obama played golf when the volcanic ash cloud in Europe forced him to cancel plans to attend the funeral of the Polish president. Such numbers were compiled by Mark Knoller of CBS Radio, the unofficial statistician of the White House.

Bush, who played 24 times, mocked for his love of golf. In an interview following a bomb attack on UN headquarters in Baghdad, the former president was filmed with a video camera on the golf course to take all countries to do whatever they can to stop these terrorist killers. Bush then paused before saying: “Thank you. Well now see this blow.” Bush then stopped playing golf when he was in office, and said in 2008: “I do not want mom whose son may have died recently saw a high chief playing golf.”

“I feel indebted to the family to show solidarity with them. And I think playing golf during the war sends the wrong signal.”

Golf Digest puts Obama in the ranks eighth in the line of U.S. presidents who played golf, behind Bill Clinton but in front of Ronald Reagan. John F Kennedy, who is widely regarded as the most skilled presidents to play golf, desperate to make sure he was not photographed while on the golf course.
