Tiger Woods Visit Thailand, Her Mother’s Country

Tiger Woods met with Thailand Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva to hand over a check for 73,000 dollars to charity. Tiger Woods visited Thailand to conduct a charity tournament for the flood victims. Legendary American golfer; Tiger Woods was at his mother’s native country, Thailand, for the first time in 10 years.

Tiger Woods met with Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva to hand over a check for 73,000 dollars from ticket sales before attending the one-day golf tournament for charity. Thailand’s number one golfer, Thongchai Jaidee, attended the moment when Woods handed the check.

Woods also visited the hospital where the ailing King Bhumibol treated more than a year. He signed the guest book there but could not manage to meet the king. The advantage resulted from the golf tournament will be used to help victims of recent floods that killed more than 100 people. Tiger Woods is widely admired in Thailand because of family ties.
